Event Center

 

The Belvedere Lake Resort Event Center offers a large indoor space in a beautiful outdoor environment that can accommodate up to 250 guests. The Event Center features round and rectangular tables, comfortable chairs, chandeliers, a huge circular central fireplace, full service kitchen capabilities, a bar, a dance floor, and stunning 360° scenic views.

The Event Center is perfect for large events such as weddings/wedding receptions, banquets, seminars, or fundraisers. It is also great for smaller breakfast, lunch, or dinner events. For all other functions or 501c3 non-profit discounts, please contact us directly.

Event Center Policies:
 

  • All functions are booked for five hours total:

    • Four hours for function

    • One hour for clean up

  • Any time past five hours is subject to an overtime charge. Unforeseen overtime must be discussed with the bartender having full discretion, before the end of the originally scheduled four hour time

  • A deposit of $250.00 is needed to reserve your function date

    • This $250.00 will be held as a security deposit and will be refunded providing there is NO damage or misuse of the room

    • No deposit refund after two weeks

  • Event Center rental must be paid in full 90 days after you reserve the date

  • Bar options must be paid in full 15 days prior to the function

  • Tables and chairs will be provided at no extra charge (linens are not provided)

  • We will set up tables and chairs according to renters choice

  • Renter takes full responsibility for all damage to Belvedere property

  • The Event Center rental fee includes the use of the gardens, bridge and waterfall area. Please use caution on bridge and falls area. The campgrounds and golf course are not allowed.

  • Garbage pertaining to the event is the renter’s responsibility. You take out what you bring in. Bar garbage is the responsibility of Belvedere

  • Our personnel will be on hand to assist in proper parking (not valet)

  • Please notify us if you are having a limousine service so we can assist with entering the parking lot

  • We allow two hours the day before to decorate. If you need more time please let us know. We do not allow any type of candles.
